Passengers can choose any of the following ticket types:

  • discounted basic ticket
  • return ticket
  • discounted return ticket

Am I required to carry a printed ticket if I have bought it online on www.arrivaexpress.eu?

No, you are not required to carry a printed ticket. You just need to remember the exact code of the ticket or to have an electronic copy saved in your mobile phone or tablet.

Can my dog travel with me?

Yes, in a closed box with a solid bottom or with a muzzle. Guide dogs for the blind do not need to wear a muzzle.

Can I cancel a ticket bought online on the Arrivaexpress website?

Cancellation possibilities in the case of tickets bought online via our website:

  1. Registered customer – sign in to your ARRIVA ACCOUNT and cancel the ticket; we will add the amount to your ARRIVA ACCOUNT in the form of credits. You can anytime use the credit for the purchase of tickets.
  2. Non-registered customer – every customer receives, together with the ticket, an activating e-mail for the system where the ticket can be cancelled.
  3. Via our Customer helpline on the telephone number 0915 733 733, or via e-mail on informacie@arriva.sk, daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Until when can I cancel a ticket bought online on the Arrivaexpress website?

You can cancel your ticket free of charge 60 minutes before the departure of the coach. The value of the travel ticket will be added to your ARRIVA ACCOUNT in the form of credits.

Which debit/credit cards are accepted when buying the ticket online on your website arrivaexpress.eu?
